Well where have I been!?!
In this picture is a wonderful kitty cat that belongs to my mother-in-law. His name is George. Lol I love him and can't help but call Georgie! I went this last Thursday, to visit with him for the day and took my scrap stuff to work! Well as you can see, Georgie was not having it! I let him nap on my lap for an hour and then kicked him off and I moved to the floor. You would think I would be able to work in peace but no! He sat on my working mat, I moved him several times, but finally he did settle down right next to me, no extra moving room but I couldn't complain. I never turn down love from animals!
I did have a very emotional week though! I know it may be normal to grieve for a long time, it has been almost 4 years since my Nani has been gone, but you start to grieve the people that are still here, but you don't want to lose them! My Teta, Nani's sister fell down and badly knocked her up in the face. She is actually ok, no broken anything but her entire right side of her face is gashed and black and blue! After a week she finally got the swelling down and could open her eye! Ugh I was so upset. My parent s and I went to visit the gravesite of my Nani on Sunday. So beautiful there at the mission, San Luis Rey. I went with my parents. I so enjoy spending time with them. They are slowly making the change into getting old and I hate, hence, the grieving. Also my FM has had some flair up.. So been a little side tracked. I have some exciting news I will share with you on my next post, hopefully by Friday! When I post the projects I will be teaching at the Fallbrook ladies club!!!

Super food salad recipe
I had to do a separate post for the recipe. I was having some trouble having access to scroll in the posting section. But there they are and here is the YUMMY recipe I found. My husband Dean has been requesting that I try to find these types of salad and since we don't have a Whole Foods next to us, I decided to try to find one or two I like on line. With not many choices that popped up I found this one, not only is I real good, but it lasts in fridge crunchy with the dressing for three days. There are only 2 of us and with us eating a large bowl for lunch or dinner the 3 days we eat it all. Hope you enjoy it!
1 bunch of Kale ( I use a little kale and add lots of spinach)
1 lbs Edamame (I use half of the frozen bag you get at store, throw it in frozen)
1c shredded carrot ( I use 1 and shred)
1 c green cabbage shredded ( I use half of a small head)
1 small container of grape tomatoes( yep, I used half )
1c blueberries ( I use the whole 6oz container fresh berry )
1 c dried cranberries ( I use half of the package, I think little less than cup)
1 cup roasted cashew pieces
1cup roasted sunflower seeds ( I used 1/2 cup for both nuts)
1/2 cup chopped red onion (use 1/4)
It calls for Kroger blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette ( my store carried Annie's natural pomegranate vinaigrette) I pour about half bootle, toss and refrigerate til ready to eat.
I also add 1/4 cup hemp seed and a chicken breast chopped up. A refreshing meal, let me know if you like it as much as we do! Happy Sunday...and I am getting product this week to work classes for the end of march at Cool. I will keep posting my works in progress.....keep creating!

What a great day!
Happy Saturday! I want to thank the wonderful women that attended my class today at Cool Scrapbook Stuff! What a pleasure it was to meet and have the time to chat with each of you. Going to share.... I had some healing today from teaching. I have been home and mostly bed bound for the last 3 1/2 years. I have greatly improved over the last 6 months, enough so , that when Gena offered to let me teach, I jumped at the chance to do so. This in itself has been healing for me. I was looking forward to teaching today, but did not expect to FEEL the love I received from you all. You cannot know what you did for me. I thank you for making me feel special, that what I put my heart into has drawn you in. I hope to work out the kinks, but thank you for your kindness, and I look forward to meeting again.
I also wanted to note that tomorrow morning I will post the photos of the inside of the cards and give the recipe for the Super Food Salad. Hope you all have a wonderful evening!
